Project Description

The Arctic Oscillation (North Atlantic Oscillation) is a dominant mode of variability in the middle and high latitudes of the northern hemisphere.  This is a project to support the development of briefing material for the National Park Service in August 2013.

Projects typically start by collecting resources that are relevant to the problems/questions being asked.  A resource can be anything that is used by the project such as a journal article, report, map, figure, data set, or website.  Resources gathered for this project may be useful to other projects asking similar questions, so all resources are made public in the Resource Portal.  Resources can have tags associated with them to provide metadata about their content, and they can also have narratives attached to them.  Please tag any resource that this project uses with this project's name in the "Project(s) that used this resource" field.  There are two ways to collect resources for this project:
